This is the official website of the Kletsel Dehe Wintun Nation. Its purpose is to provide easy access to information about tribal services and updates for tribal citizens, as well as to provide a platform for sharing a broad range of information about the tribe's history, current events and future developments to all guests of the site.

NCIDC 2023 LIHEAP / LIHWAP Assistance

Below are links to the Northern California Indian Development Council (NCIDC) Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) & Low Income Home Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) application. NCIDC is accepting on a first come first serve basis until all programmatic funding is expended. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. KDWN Tribal Citizens must submit their completed applications to the LIHEAP/LIWAP coordinator at: info@kdwn.org for processing.
This particular Tribal LIHEAP/LIHWAP assistance is limited to tribal citizens residing in NCIDC's Programmatic Coverage area of California only.
TRIBAL HEALTHCARE FUNDS 2023

We are happy to announce the availability of 2023 tribal healthcare funding support for expenses incurred or to be expensed in 2023 for qualifying medical costs, such as but not limited to prescription co-pay costs, eyewear, orthodontics and non cosmetic, medically necessary procedures. Please See the programmatic guidance sheet on the assistance form for more details and terms for the assistance.
